The NJ GO GREEN! Challenge is sponsored by The Pearson Foundation, the non-profit arm of Pearson plc, an international media company with 37,000 employees in more than 60 countries. Pearson is one of the largest employers in New Jersey.
Pearson believes that environmental responsibility is an essential part of corporate leadership. As part of its global efforts to limit the company's impact on the environment, Pearson is investing $10 million to install solar panels at its Cranbury facility. This is one of the largest single-site installations of solar panels in the United States, and will be completed in fall 2011.
